Private Dog Training Land, Reserved Just for You!

Our property is designed for dog owners who want a safe, distraction-controlled environment to train and exercise their dogs without the stress of public parks. Instead of crowded dog parks, members have scheduled private access to dedicated training fields, wooded trails, and open pasture areas where they can work with their dogs at their own pace.

Whether you are working on obedience, recall, hunting skills, confidence building, behavior rehabilitation, or simply providing structured exercise, this property gives you the space and freedom to train the right way, uninterrupted.

This is not a daycare and not a public dog park. Members bring and handle their own dogs. The land is reserved in scheduled time blocks so you and your dog can focus without interference from unfamiliar dogs or people. Not close to the area? No problem, check out the RV Park just 10 minutes away! It’s the perfect weekend getaway to travel, camp, and train. Use the link above to learn more!

Upland Game Bird Preparation

Open, maintained pasture spaces ideal for everyday obedience work, recall training, leash manners, and confidence building. A quiet, private setting lets handlers focus without distractions from other dogs or people.

Natural wooded acreage provides real scenting conditions for tracking and nose-work. Varied terrain, cover, and changing wind patterns help develop a dog’s problem-solving and trailing abilities.

Large secluded areas suitable for search-and-rescue and law-enforcement style training. Handlers can practice searches, article indication, handler control, and scenario-based exercises in a realistic environment.

Fields designed for pointing, flushing, and retrieval training. Ideal for introducing young dogs to bird work or conditioning experienced hunting dogs for the season in a controlled setting.
